Located in central Houston (just west of the Heights), Cottage Grove is known for its dense living and lifestyle of urban convenience. This area is nestled between Downtown and the Galleria and offers easy access to major employment areas, both airports, as well as Houston’s best restaurants and nightlife locales. Memorial Park is just a stone’s throw away, and the nearby trails along White Oak Bayou offer convenient access for getting in a workout. Cottage Grove’s redevelopment largely began in the early 2000s; and while some original bungalows remain, most have been replaced with 2, 3 and 4 story modern homes with low maintenance.
