Located North of I-10 between Downtown and the Galleria, the Heights area offers a desirable central location that is known for its outdoor vibe and laid-back culture. There are a series of walking/jogging trails where residents routinely exercise and walk their pets.

The Heights is known for having great restaurants, coffee/wine bars and boutique shopping along with hosting unique community events such as farmers’ markets, Lights in The Heights during the Christmas season and White Linen Night in August.
