Curb Appeal and Cozy Interiors:
We wanted the exterior to pop so we replaced all damaged fascia and wood rot, repaired the gutters, and replaced a severely damaged section of the fence. The home was then power washed and freshly painted, enhancing its curb appeal. Unwanted items were hauled away.
To make the interior stand out, we completed minor sheetrock repairs and repainted the walls, doors, trim, and baseboards – giving the home a fresh and inviting feel. We also made repairs and painted the garage to match the refreshed interior.

Staging, Marketing, and Results:
Next, the home was professionally staged and beautifully captured with high-quality photos and video. By strategically marketing directly to the home’s community, and through our social media platforms, we hosted two well-attended open houses.
The home sold in 26 days, well ahead of the 47-day average during a slower time of the year, with favorable terms to the seller.
